MINNEAPOLIS - XATA Corp., a leader in fleet optimization software and services, announced that Pinnergy, Ltd., a provider of drilling, fluid, and oil and gas waste disposal services to the energy industry, is installing XATANET on 78 of its trucks in the Barnett Shale area of Texas, the site of many natural gas fields.

The company will leverage XATANET to better manage its fleet performance, particularly with asset tracking and the ability to oversee truck and driver activity. Pinnergy also plans to integrate XATANET with its existing fleet management capabilities to enhance customer service.
