PHH Arval’s Rob Stowers Elected to ELFA Independent Middle Market Business Council Steering Committee
SPARKS, MD – Rob Stowers, senior vice president, Truck and Equipment Leasing at PHH Arval, has been elected to serve a two-year term on the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s Independent Middle Market Business Council Steering Committee.

SPARKS, MD – Rob Stowers, senior vice president, Truck and Equipment Leasing at PHH Arval, has been elected to serve a two-year term on the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s Independent Middle Market Business Council Steering Committee.
The Independent Middle Market Business Council Steering Committee represents non-bank-related organizations primarily involved in transactions between $250,000 and $5 million, either individually or through lines. The committee analyzes the needs of companies in its segment and recommends to the Board how to meet those needs.
It is one of five primary constituent bodies at ELFA. The committees are an integral part of ELFA's operations, providing critical input on the direction of the association and serving as a bridge between the membership and the Board of Directors and staff.
Mr. Stowers is responsible for the management of PHH FirstFleet, the truck and equipment leasing division of PHH Arval.
