Allstate Peterbilt – South Saint Paul was named the 2013 Medium-Duty Dealer of the Year by Peterbilt Motors Company during the company’s annual Dealer Meeting.
“Allstate Peterbilt – South Saint Paul nearly doubled its medium-duty truck sales last year and achieved an impressive level of market share,” said Darrin Siver, Peterbilt general manager and PACCAR vice president. “This dealership helped bring Peterbilt’s award-winning medium-duty models to customers throughout a wide range of markets and applications, as well as providing comprehensive support solutions to these customers.”
The award was presented to Dealer Principal Don Larson and President Jeff Vanthournout at the event in Fort Worth, Texas, near Peterbilt’s headquarters and manufacturing facility in Denton, Texas. The business meeting celebrated both dealer performance and Peterbilt’s 75th anniversary.
“We have worked diligently to achieve strong relationships with medium-duty truck customers and, on behalf of our entire team, are pleased to be recognized for our efforts,” Larson said. “Peterbilt’s Class 6-7 product lineup is among the most versatile and top-performing in the industry. Providing customized products and after-sale support has helped position us as a medium-duty market leader and has helped our customers improve their operational costs and efficiencies.”
