Penske Truck Leasing Celebrates Grand Opening of a $9 Million State-of-the-Art Facility in Sacramento, Calif.
READING, PA – Penske Truck Leasing recently celebrated the grand opening of a new facility in Sacramento, Calif., located on 53 Morrison Ave.
READING, PA – Penske Truck Leasing recently celebrated the grand opening of a new facility in Sacramento, Calif., located on 53 Morrison Ave. The 18,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility, currently employing 25 associates, offers commercial and consumer truck rental services, full-service truck leasing, and contract maintenance. About 60 leasing customers are handled at this 10-acre location and nearly 750 vehicles are maintained on-site.
The one-story building incorporates Penske Truck Leasing’s new facility design elements and features state-of-the-art technology to enhance the customer experience. A new wireless technology component allows Penske service technicians to integrate various vehicle diagnostic and repair software.
The facility cost approximately $9 million to construct, and has four service bays, a truck washing bay, and a three-lane fuel island with high-speed fuel pumps for fast, efficient service.
