PRINCETON, N.J. – TMW Systems, Inc. has integrated and certified ALK’s latest versions of PC*MILER and PC*MILER|Tolls with its TMWSuite and TruckMate transportation management software solutions. The 21st annual upgrade of ALK’s routing, mileage, and mapping software solution offers truck-specific toll cost calculation, significantly improved map graphics, as well as important map database updates.
PC*MILER 21 provides fresh data and a substantial update of truck-specific restrictions based on 13 foot-6 inch height, 80,000 pound gross weight and widths of 96 inches, as well as 48 and 53 foot/102 inch trailer lengths. PC*MILER 21 helps companies and drivers avoid low bridge clearances, load limits, one-way roads, turn restrictions, and more. Street-level updates for more than 650 U.S. counties constitute more than 1 million miles of updated data — including major road construction projects.
The seamless integration of PC*MILER|Tolls 21 enables TMW customers to automate precise toll cost calculation, collection, and reconciliation. By integrating these software solutions, TMW clients will have accurate truck toll costs at their finger tips. By utilizing the power of TMW’s fleet management solutions, toll costs will now become part of decisions relating to lane analysis and support, as well as extensive accounting and billing processes.
ALK’s PC*MILER runs in a Microsoft Windows environment and integrates with the latest version of TMWSuite and TruckMate Version 7.0 and 8.0.
