CYPRESS, CA - Toyo Tires introduced the M157 free-rolling axle tire for long haul, over the highway operations. The M157 is U.S. EPA SmartWay verified and features Toyo Tires' proprietary e-balance technology. The result is a uniform and consistent tire that delivers improved fuel economy while fighting irregular wear.
Fuel consumption is reduced by premium, low rolling resistance compounding in the tread and sidewall. At the same time, a new belt package and 13/32" tread depth provides even contact pressure distribution across the tread surface resulting in smooth wear and long life.
A Deep Differential Groove design also minimizes irregular wear while stone ejector grooves minimize stone retention to help maintain casing integrity for a long service life.
Four sizes are available in the Toyo M157: 11R22.5, 295/75R22.5, 11R24.5 and 285/75R24.5.
