Mitchell 1, a Snap-on Company, has completed updates to its suite of Web-based software programs for medium- and heavy-duty trucks, providing diagnostic, repair and labor time information for the model year 2013. The Tractor-Trailer.net, Medium-Truck.net, Repair-Connect.net and TruckLabor products provide technical information, including mechanical labor hours, required to diagnose and repair all makes of Class 4-8 trucks.
Throughout the year, Mitchell 1 keeps their software current with running changes and adds data for the latest model year vehicles for which information is available. Subscribers automatically receive new information as it becomes available so they can be sure they have the most current maintenance and repair data to reference.
Tractor-Trailer.net, Medium-Truck.net and Repair-Connect.net cover vital procedural service information for all-makes of vehicles to maximize shop productivity. Thousands of detailed color wiring diagrams are included to help solve complex electrical problems, and full-color photos provide real-world views of many vehicle components and assemblies. Since last year, 2,700 new color photos have been added. TruckLabor, introduced this year, is the first comprehensive labor time estimating product for medium and heavy trucks, allowing service repair facilities access to accurate mechanical labor times for all makes and models from a single, Web-based source.
