BARTLETT, IL – Auto Truck Group, a provider of custom upfitted vehicles, announces the promotion of Matt McGowan as director sales, western region.  The new position was the result of action plans developed and approved through the company’s recent strategic planning process.

Based at the Bartlett, Ill, facility, McGowan will work with the western sales team and the group’s Denver and Colorado Springs facilities to strengthen existing account relationships and initiate new business development.

McGowan started as a sales manager with Auto Truck Group in June 2009.  Prior to his current role, he served as fleet sales manager for the northeast sales area and was also responsible for maintaining relationships with the major fleet management companies.

Founded in 1918, Auto Truck Group offers a range of services, including the design, manufacture and installation of truck equipment.
