Mattawan Truck Repairman Named Maintenance Man of the Year
MATTAWAN, MI - Randy Brinkert of Mattawan was recently named Maintenance Man of the Year by the Michigan Trucking Association.
MATTAWAN, MI - Randy Brinkert of Mattawan was recently named Maintenance Man of the Year by the Michigan Trucking Association. The award is to recognize those who do an outstanding job in the field of semi-truck maintenance. The association requests nominations from about 350 companies throughout Michigan, according to http://blog.mlive.com.
Brinkert has been in the industry for 20 years. He has worked for Ralph Moyle Inc. in Mattawan for five years. Brinkert is a trailer mechanic who makes sure the trailers meet all regulations. Ralph Moyle Inc. owns 300 trailers and 70 tractors.
Terry Patterson, maintenance manager at Ralph Moyle Inc., said he nominated Brinkert because of his exceptional work ethic and abilities.
The association has been giving out the award since 1975.
