JASPER, IN – Jasper Innovative Solutions, sister company of Jasper Engines & Transmissions, has purchased the Postal Division assets of Mac Motors, a supplier of vehicle parts to the United States Postal Service VMF facilities. The product line includes driveline, chassis, and body parts for the ever growing USPS fleet.

The new company, known as Jasper Innovative Solutions, has already begun to increase inventory levels and has added staff in specific areas to better serve the USPS Vehicle Maintenance Facilities. The transition from Mac Motors to Jasper Innovative Solutions will be relatively seamless.

The company will remain in the same Willow Grove, PA, facility. All of the original people have been retained including the salesperson VMFs have become accustomed to contacting. The phone number, (800) 752-1700, remains the same.

Bill Boyk, the former owner of Mac Motors, has agreed to stay on in the interim to assure a seamless transition.

As the USPS fleet continues to age, Jasper Innovative Solutions will leverage its automotive knowledge and buying power to help keep the USPS vehicles on the road economically.
