Both Holman and Motus have announced key leadership appointments. Aarthi Murali is the new executive vice president, service excellence, for Holman, and Vanessa Brangwyn has been named as chief revenue officer at Motus.
Aarthi Murali Joins Holman as Executive Vice President of Service Excellence
Murali, as Holman’s as executive vice president, service excellence, is responsible for leading the company’s commercial client relations strategy and customer service efforts throughout North America.
“Aarthi brings impressive business acumen and a wealth of customer experience expertise,” said Bob White, Holman’s president of fleet operations. “Her innate ability to connect with our clients and understand their evolving needs will ensure that Holman delivers on our promise to provide an exceptional experience for all fleet stakeholders.”
Murali Brings Financial Sector Experience to Holman
Murali joins Holman following a career in the financial sector where she led large-scale human-centered transformation programs for industry leaders such as JP Morgan Chase and most recently as M&T Bank’s first chief customer experience officer.
During her 20-plus-year career in the financial industry, Murali received several awards for customer experience leadership. She was named to American Banker’s list of the Most Powerful Women in Banking in both 2022 and 2023 and was included in CX Network’s Top 50 CX Influencers of 2024.
In addition to overseeing Holman’s account management and client relations teams, Murali is tasked with amplifying the voice of commercial clients to enhance customer and employee experiences. Murali will also be appointed to Holman’s executive leadership team, helping to ensure the business remains well-positioned for sustained growth and success.
“I look forward to leading our service innovation journey purposefully and delivering delightful experiences for our employees and clients,” said Murali.
Vanessa Brangwyn Joins Motus as Chief Revenue Officer
Brangwyn has been named as chief revenue officer at Motus, a provider of vehicle reimbursement and driver risk mitigation solutions.
The company said she brings a wealth of experience to the role, having served as the Global head of customers at business planning platform Pigment, and as both the chief customer officer and chief revenue officer at Achievers, an employee engagement and recognition solution. Her deep understanding of customer needs and her proven track record in revenue generation make her a valuable addition to the Motus sales team, the company added.
“Motus has built a well-deserved brand as the leader in this category. And yet, we all know the world and the workforce are dynamic and continuously changing. Motus is primed and ready to support customers’ evolving needs today and well into the future,” Brangwyn said.
Motus Refreshes Product Lines
Motus recently refreshed product lines. The first, Motus Mobilize, offers what the company called cutting-edge managed mobility services (MMS) and bring your own device (BYOD) solutions.
"With Motus Mobilize, businesses can effortlessly construct a scalable device strategy tailored to their specific needs," said Mitch Black, general manager of Motus Mobilize. “This innovative solution empowers organizations to navigate the complexities of mobility management with ease, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.”
The second product line, Motus Localize, provides precise living-cost calculations and comprehensive reports for accurate relocation packages. These reports can be used for budgeting purposes or to determine allowances for home finding, temporary living, final moves, and other related expenses.
