The AAM Group announced that H&H Enterprises, Inc. recently concluded its purchase of Stellar Distributing.
The acquisition, which includes a 75,000 square foot cross-docking facility in Conyers, Georgia, and six Leer Truck Accessory Centers, increases the distribution and retail presence of H&H Enterprises in the Atlanta market and across northern Georgia.
AllPro Distributing will leverage the Conyers location for more service to northern Georgia, facilitating new routes and reaching new customers with expanded next-day service across the entire state. The six Leer Truck Accessory Centers include a lineup of 18 existing H&H Truck and Outdoor retail locations, which serve customers from locations across Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, and Florida.
“We feel extremely fortunate to be bringing a company the caliber of Stellar Distributing into the H&H Enterprises family,” said Danny Harrell, H&H owner. “Obviously, we are excited to be digging further into the Atlanta market and surrounding areas. Beyond those business opportunities, however, exist a longstanding mutual admiration, shared company values and deep ties to the state of Georgia that make this union especially gratifying.”
