Fullbay, the turn-key platform that improves the operational efficiency of heavy-duty repair shops, has announced the integration of Mitchell 1’s ProDemand and TruckSeries TruckLabor module directly into Fullbay’s repair order workflow.
This collaboration, Fullbay said in a press release, will streamline repair shop processes and enable faster, more accurate estimates with trusted and informed repair data, all in one platform. The integration will be available to repair shops with a Fullbay Connect Elite subscription package and a subscription to Mitchell 1 ProDemand or TruckSeries.
“Fullbay is constantly looking for ways to innovate and bring together the tools shops rely on every day for a simpler, more seamless experience,” said Patrick McKittrick, CEO of Fullbay. “By joining forces and leveraging Mitchell 1’s trusted repair data and labor times, we can streamline a shop’s workflow to produce faster, more accurate estimates and quotes without the need for double entry – saving time, reducing mistakes, improving accuracy, and increasing vehicle uptime.”
With the integration, Fullbay customers can connect to Mitchell 1’s ProDemand system, which provides labor estimates, parts, fluids, and maintenance information specifically for automotive and light-duty vehicles.
In addition, repair shops can connect to the TruckLabor module in Mitchell 1’s TruckSeries, giving them a competitive edge with accurate labor time data for Class 4-8 trucks.
"We are pleased to expand upon Fullbay’s existing partnerships to bring even greater value to their customers,” said Kristy Coffman, director of Mitchell 1’s Commercial Vehicle Group. “This integration provides access to Mitchell 1’s trusted data, streamlining workflows for service orders and parts management within Fullbay’s estimating and invoicing system. With just a click, users can transfer accurate labor times and parts details directly into a service order – saving time, improving accuracy, and enhancing overall efficiency.”
