Nate Eichinger will oversee vocational truck operations for Fontaine Modification.

EICHINGER
Nate Eichinger will oversee vocational truck operations for Fontaine Modification, North America’s most comprehensive provider of truck modification services for OEMs, dealers and fleets. As vocational operations manager, Eichinger will direct production and scheduling at all of Fontaine’s vocational truck facilities nationwide.
Eichinger joined Fontaine Modification in 2011. He previously served as manager of its Laredo, Texas, facility and as Southern region production manager. When the company re-opened its Springfield, Ohio, modification center in 2012, Eichinger was called on to lead the start-up process. By December, he was fully responsible for the day-to-day operation of the facility, including production, quality control and management of project completion dates.
"Over the past two years, Nate has made a big impact on our company,” said Paul Kokalis, president of Fontaine Modification. “He jumped into a leadership role in Laredo and then led the successful re-start of the Springfield facility. In a short time, he had that modification center operating in accordance with Fontaine’s high standards for safety, quality and efficiency. We are confident in Nate’s ability to handle this new responsibility.”
In his new role, Eichinger will supervise Fontaine’s vocational truck modification centers in Charlotte, N.C., Williamstown, W.V., and Springfield. He will lead the development of quality products, balance labor and materials distribution, and work with the sales team to ensure that all customer needs are met.
Eichinger holds a mechanical engineering degree from Purdue University. He and his wife, Sara, will relocate to Charlotte, N.C.
