FleetOwl, an all-in-one trucking management platform, has appointed Daniel Brink as chief revenue officer. This strategic hire comes on the heels of FleetOwl's recent acquisition of SOS Trucking Software, positioning the company for accelerated growth in the transportation technology sector.
FleetOwl, a portfolio company of Exuma Capital Partners, provides comprehensive transportation management solutions for fleets, brokers, and dispatchers, helping optimize logistics operations through innovative technology. The acquisition of SOS Software positions FleetOwl to capitalize on significant growth opportunities in payment processing, fuel card, and factoring partnerships.
Duties as FleetOwl Chief Revenue Officer
In his new role, Brink has begun to lead FleetOwl's revenue operations, focusing on expanding the company's market reach beyond Florida to key transportation hubs across the country.
He will also play a crucial role in integrating the SOS Software acquisition, which adds approximately 4,000 trucks from 100 transportation and logistics companies to FleetOwl's customer base. Additionally, Brink will spearhead initiatives to modernize the platform with new features and enhanced functionality to meet evolving industry demands.
"FleetOwl stands at a critical inflection point in the transportation technology market," Brink said. "The transportation management software sector offers tremendous opportunities, and my operational experience will help scale our solutions across new markets and deliver even greater value to our customers."
More Than 20 Years of Experience
Brink brings over 20 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain management, and operational leadership to FleetOwl. His extensive background includes directing operations for multiple distribution facilities, managing large teams, and implementing innovative solutions that drive efficiency across transportation networks.
Prior to joining FleetOwl, Brink served as director of operations at Ideal Nutrition, where he oversaw seven locations throughout Florida and scaled operations from 70,000 to 120,000 meals per week in just eight months.
Previously, he spent over eight years as director of warehousing and logistics at XPO Logistics, managing nine distribution facilities and consistently ranking among the top 10 distribution operations nationwide.
