Enhancing Safety for Women on the Road
The American Trucking Association's Women in Motion is partnering with Trucker Path to address and improve women's concerns while on the road.
This partnership aims to enhance safety for women in the trucking industry by helping them locate facilities with specific safety features, including lighted parking, bathroom access, lounge areas, shower and laundry facilities with 24/7 access, round-the-clock maintenance, and onsite security.
Facilities with all seven features will be marked with the Women in Motion logo, and drivers can provide updates on the condition of these amenities through the Trucker Path mobile app.

Honoring the Founders
Harry W. Kent and Edgar K. Worthington, the founders of Kenworth Truck Company, were inducted into the 2023 American Trucking and Industry Leader Hall of Fame during a ceremony at the American Truck Historical Society headquarters in Kansas City on October 25th.
This recognition coincided with Kenworth's 100th anniversary and celebrated their contributions to the trucking industry.
Kenworth's origins date back to January 1923 when the founders combined their names and established the company in Seattle, Washington, with the first truck rolling off the production line two months later.
Paying Tribute to Veterans
On Veterans Day, The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company will pay tribute to veterans, active-duty U.S. Military personnel, and first responders by offering complimentary car care checks and special discounts.
This tradition of honoring those who have served continues, with Goodyear Auto Service Centers and Just Tires company-owned locations nationwide extending an invitation to these individuals.
They can receive free car care checks and enjoy an immediate 10% discount on tires and services as a token of appreciation for their service and dedication.
Celebrating 70 Years
J. J. Keller & Associates marks its 70th anniversary. Founded on November 1, 1953, by World War II Veteran John J. (Jack) Keller, the company began as a one-man consulting firm, initially focusing on transportation regulations for motor carriers.
Since its inception, the company has experienced significant growth, broadening its services to encompass regulatory complexities for various industries.

Top Company for Women to Work For in Transportation

This award is the second win for Toyota in the Best Midsize Truck category in three years and the third consecutive recognition for Toyota products.
The accolades include the 2021 Midsize Truck of the Year for Tacoma, the 2021 Sport Compact of the Year for GR Supra, and the 2022 Sport Compact of the Year for GR86.
