The Global Fleet Conference is a pioneering event that brings together high-level executives and managers from the largest multinational commercial fleets around the world. This year it is June 5-7, 2023 at The InterContinental, Miami, FL.

Celebrating its 10th edition, it offers a unique platform for networking with key representatives from major global fleet suppliers and OEMs.

Attendees are able to receive expert advice and innovative insights on global fleet issues as well as experience the latest vehicles and fleet technologies.

With an expected turnout of over 300 attendees, the Global Fleet Conference provides a great opportunity to discover the latest advancements in global fleet management.

Additionally, the LatAm Fleet Congress is making a comeback in 2023, featuring concurrent sessions during the general session dates, all presented in Spanish-language format.

The event will also include a Ride & Drive and Vehicle Showcase, which has been highly demanded by attendees.

What Attendees Are Saying

The conference program agenda not only covers multinational fleet management issues but also includes case studies presented by global fleet managers, as well as sessions focused on fleet management in Africa, Latin America, and Europe.

Past conference attendee Axel Schaefer, managing director of Mobility Association Germany, shared his experience:

“I’m looking forward to the Global Fleet Conference in Miami in 2023. The conference is a great opportunity to get information from global fleet and mobility management and to exchange ideas from colleges from all over the world. Many topics are identical worldwide, whether it is a topic of fleet management or sustainability management. My colleague and I are looking forward to many discussions and valuable topics.”

David Hayward, global fleet manager for ABM Building Services also shared his takeaways from the Global Fleet Conference:

“I’ve had the opportunity to attend many of them over the years. There are two distinct opportunities that it presents to us as global fleet managers in the North American Market. The first is networking. The community is relatively small, and it gives us an opportunity to meet one another and share best practices. The second is content. The team puts together a phenomenal program each year, which brings together the best practices from all over the world. If there is a new topic that is salient, they make sure you learn about it in detail at the conference.”

The Global Fleet Conference and LatAm Fleet Congress is developed by publishers of Work Truck and Automotive Fleet.

Registration details are available on the 2023 GFC website.
