DEF Tracker: Tote Refill Prices Drop
This month, tote refill prices drop, DEF truck stop prices remain stable, and additional price reference locations have been added.
This month, according to DEF Tracker from Integer Research:
Tote refill prices dropped one cent to $1.96/G in the U.S. during the month of July 2013 over the previous month. In Canada, average tote refill price were two cents up to CA$ 0.59/L compared with June.
DEF truck stop prices have remained stable at $2.79/G in the U.S. since November 2012 and at CAD$ 0.80/L in Canada since October 2011. Twenty-four pumps distributing bulk DEF were added to the network in the United States over the last month.
Phoenix, AZ and Los Angeles, CA posted the highest average prices for 2.5G jugs in the U.S. while Atlanta, GA and Portland, OR registered the lowest average prices for 2.5G jugs amongst all areas covered.
