Baja Designs, the "Scientists of Lighting," produced a dynamic, new video that tells their story of 25 years of performance off-road lighting and accessories.
The video details some of Baja Designs' most popular products being put to the test in harsh off-road environments while also explaining the lighting specialists' use of computer design and engineering, precision CNC machining and field testing to make the most durable and powerful auxiliary LED lighting products available on the market.
The new, four-minute video demonstrates why Baja Designs' off-road lighting products are preferred by the top off-road truck, ATV/UTV and motorcycle racers for their performance, impact resistance, and superior lighting output.
The company's lighting products are shown in action on a variety of off-road vehicles ranging from motorcycles, UTVs, street vehicles, race trucks, and Jeeps. Also demonstrated are the high-quality engineering and manufacturing methods that are used by Baja Designs.

Designed, engineered, machined, and assembled in the United States, Baja Designs showcases their engineering and production processes in detail throughout the video. Lead engineer and founder, Alan Roach, can be seen behind his computer, implementing advanced circuit board layouts and designs. Everything else portrayed, from the in-house CNC machining of components to bending and cutting the raw aluminum extrusions to populating and soldering of the circuit boards to assembling and testing the finished product, is all done in San Diego, California.
Baja Designs' performance LED lighting solutions stand up to the action and harsh elements of off-road racing and can be added to everyday vehicles without detracting from the original equipment design. They add far-reaching light projection for overnight trips, competitive races, overland expeditions and other excursions that require increased visibility while towing and driving in unfamiliar areas. Standard or vehicle specific brackets, wiring harnesses, and heavy duty hardware are supplied with each light kit purchased from Baja Designs.
