ARI's White to Lead Fleet Management Company
Holman Enterprises has promoted Bob White to president of its fleet management company ARI, and shifted Chris Conroy to a role with the parent company, the Mount Laurel, N.J.-based company has announced.
Holman Enterprises has promoted Bob White to president of its fleet management company ARI, and shifted Chris Conroy to a role with the parent company, the Mount Laurel, N.J.-based company has announced.
White now reports to Conroy in a move that is effective immediately.
White steps into the role as a fleet executive with nearly 30 years of experience at ARI, most recently as the executive vice president and chief operating officer. He has also served as vice president of operations.
White is now responsible for ARI's global footprint, which also includes offices in Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Mexico.
With the move, Conroy will focus exclusively on his role as president and chief executive officer of Holman Business Services, which includes ARI, Auto Truck Group, and Holman Parts Distribution.
ARI has also named three executive vice presidents, including Mark Bryan, Rick Tousaw, and Gernot Leinenbach. Bryan has also been named chief operating officer. Tousaw has been named chief commercial officer. Leinenbach has been named chief financial officer for Holman Business Services.

Chris Conroy, president/CEO of Holman Business Services
Bryan most recently served as senior vice president of the company's European operations, including integrating several acquisitions. He will now lead ARI's fleet management, supply chain, and product management teams. He joined the company in 2007. He will report to White.
Tousaw's new role includes responsibility for new business development and client relations. He most recently headed the Canadian operations. Tousaw joined ARI in 2010. He will report to White.
Leinenbach will oversee finance and strategic initiatives for ARI, Auto Truck Group, and Holman Parts Distribution. He joined ARI in 2016 as group chief financial officer and senior vice president of finance. He will report to Conroy.
