ARI’s new tracking system addresses an industry-wide concern of obtaining vehicle status information from vehicle manufacturers and upfitters in a timely manner. The new system was built upon the strength of ARI’s existing status system foundation. It delivers a more comprehensive range of status codes with expanded data elements through electronic data sources that deliver timeliness and accuracy of status information to our clients for both chassis and body upfit vendors.
ARI clients will receive immediate vehicle status updates delivered to their ARI insights Dashboard through customized alerts to highlight exceptions or potential delays that will impact vehicle delivery from placement of their order through vehicle delivery. In addition to proactive exception management, users are provided with a clear and concise view of the status data including the last updated event and complete history of status date revisions.
