Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America, Inc. (MFTA) has announced that Scott Coyle will be promoted to director, service operations for its medium-duty truck business. He will replace Bill Mohr, who is retiring after 25 years with MFTA, effective Dec. 31, 2013.

Coyle started with MFTA in May 1997 as a field service manager for the New York/New Jersey area. In May 2001, he was promoted to national service manager, where he has served with distinction for a dozen years, according to the company.

Mohr began his career at MFTA as a field service manager in 1988, just three years after the company’s founding. He continued as an Eastern Region field service manager until June 1993 when he became MFTA’s first manager, Fleet Service. In July 1994, Mohr was promoted once again, this time to national service manager, supporting the company’s field service staff and dealers. In March 2001, he was named Director, Service Operations. In January 2012, Mohr was elevated to vice president, Service Operations.
