Work Truck’s Shades of Fleet Invites Women Across Fleet to Share How They’re Driving Change

This month is also about what support actually looks like. Not the buzzwords. The real stuff. Sponsorship. Mentorship. Leadership style. Confidence. Navigating rooms that still carry some old-school energy. And the allies who help open doors and make space at the table.

Participants will record a short video interview using guided prompts and a simple recording link. No special setup required. Can't access the link? Email Lauren.Fletcher@bobit.com for the prompts so you can send in a cell phone or other recording.

Women across fleet roles, as well as allies who are actively supporting and elevating women in the industry, are invited to participate.

Record your responses here! Replies due by Friday, March 13.
