InCharge Energy, an electrification services solution provider, launched its Level 2 charging solution for fleets: the Dual ICE-80A charger.

This built-to-last charger is ideal for fleets with vehicles that can dwell for longer periods, such as overnight.

The Dual ICE-80A is also the perfect option for fleets desiring battery State of Charge (SoC) vehicle information and will be CTEP/NTEP-Certified for public or semi-public charging operations.

Future-Ready Fleet Charging

The Dual ICE-80A, developed by InCharge, stands out as a leading product in the market, equipped with ISO15118 hardware readiness.

Its intelligent load management capabilities enable responsive adaptation to grid and site demand, taking into consideration the operational readiness of the vehicle.

For those seeking eligibility for specific government grants, particularly under the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA), compliant ICE-80A units are available upon request, catering to the needs of school bus fleets and others.

Smart, Durable, and Efficient

Designed with durability as a priority, this charger boasts a robust steel enclosure that is both waterproof and built to withstand the test of time.

The internal components are meticulously specified to endure long, high-current charging sessions.

Its versatility is evident with a two-cable option that minimizes the footprint, reducing installation costs and potential damage risks, making it an ideal choice for fleet depots.

Crucially, the Dual ICE-80A facilitates energy management through backend or onsite controllers, allowing scheduled smart vehicle charging even in the absence of internet connectivity. Integration with InCharge Energy’s proprietary InControl charge management software empowers users to tailor power usage based on cost, available electrical service, and fleet availability requirements, ensuring efficient vehicle uptime and seamless business operations.

Opting for the InCharge Charging as a Service financing option, with predictable lower payments and uptime guarantees, makes the Dual ICE-80A a supportive solution for fleet electrification across a wide range of use cases and budgets.
