Her extensive experience in the industry and unique perspective shed light on how Rexel Energy Solutions plans to help improve fleet electrification and contribute to a more sustainable and efficient future.

Helping Fleets With Their Electrification Solutions

Dobrikova has been involved in fleet electrification for 15 years. At Rexel Energy Solutions, she can see firsthand the industry’s progression in this sector.

"In my new role at Rexel Energy Solutions, I am focused on expanding our presence in the fleet electrification sector. Our primary goal is to drive the adoption of electrified fleets and my responsibilities revolve around supporting our fleet partners in every aspect of EV infrastructure deployment, allowing them to concentrate on fleet procurement and management," Dobrikova explained.

With her new role, she can help work toward her and the company's vision for the future of fleet solutions.

"My vision for the future of fleet solutions at Rexel Energy Solutions is to become the go-to resource for fleets seeking electrification solutions. Rather than fleets dealing with multiple manufacturers individually, they can collaborate with Rexel to access a variety of brands and select the most suitable options based on their specific requirements. This approach simplifies the process and ensures a tailored fit for each customer," Dobrikova shared.

Streamlining and Optimizing Fleet Management

In her new role, Dobrikova is committed to enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of fleet operations at Rexel Energy Solutions.

She plans to leverage partnerships to provide fleet customers with a one-stop-shop solution for their electrification projects.

"We maintain inventory for various charging station brands, enabling us to assist fleet customers in choosing the best hardware for their depots. Additionally, we stock essential components for energy efficiency and electrification projects, like lighting and controls, HVAC systems, transformers, switchgear, conduit, solar PV, battery energy storage, and more," Dobrikova explained.

Drawing from her experiences at Blink Charging and Cardone Industries, Dobrikova aims to streamline and optimize fleet management processes at Rexel Energy Solutions.

By offering comprehensive solutions, Dobrikova seeks to reduce lead times associated with deploying EV infrastructure. "By having these longer lead time items readily available in stock, we can significantly reduce the lead times associated with deploying EV infrastructure," Dobrikova stated.

"Rexel Energy Solutions is at the forefront of this movement, not only in electrification but also in solar and energy storage solutions, positioning us as a leader in advancing sustainability and efficiency in transportation and energy," Amy concluded.

Dobrikova's insights provide a clear picture of Rexel Energy Solutions' vision for the future of fleet electrification.

By simplifying the process, offering comprehensive solutions, and embracing sustainability, Rexel Energy Solutions aims to be a driving force in the clean energy transition within the fleet management sector.

Fleet managers looking to electrify their fleets should keep a close eye on these developments, as they may hold the key to a more sustainable and efficient future.
