Viaduct and Paccar have signed a wide-ranging, multi-year agreement to leverage the latest advances in machine learning on connected data coming from Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks. This collaboration will integrate Paccar's data pipelines with Viaduct's connected vehicle data and analytics platform to enhance vehicle uptime for Paccar's customers, while optimizing cost of quality for Paccar.

As part of this agreement, Viaduct will deploy its connected vehicle data platform and vehicle profiles technology on Paccar's telematics, diagnostics, and repair data pipelines in order to predict individual- and fleet-level vehicle health outcomes. Paccar will leverage these insights in order to enhance vehicle uptime for Paccar's customers, including via introduction of Smart Campaigns programs.
