Hellwig Products, a manufacturer of towing, hauling, and performance suspension products, has released its bolt-on, three-way adjustable Big Wig rear sway bar for 2019 Ford F-450 dually pickup trucks. This sway bar drastically increases rear end stability for F-450 owners in both daily driving and towing and hauling conditions.

Despite the truck’s stellar towing performance, it comes equipped with an undersized rear sway bar from the factory, according to Hellwig, leading to instability and inadequate roll control when hauling heavy loads. The increased diameter of the Hellwig Big Wig sway bar gives the F-450 a more planted feel, allowing the truck to navigate curvy roads in a stable and controlled manner, loaded or unloaded.

Hellwig Product’s upsized Big Wig rear sway bar (P/N 7776) is forged from 1-5/16-inch diameter, solid heat treated 4140 chromoly steel and is finished in Hellwig’s “Hammertone” powder coat to prevent corrosion and to ensure it can hold up mile after mile. This sway bar is available for the 2019 Ford F-450 dually pickup platform with four-wheel drive and is specifically designed for heavy-duty towing applications. This sway bar includes polyurethane bushings that allow for smooth, squeak-free operation and the included adjustable end links allow for easy integration with the factory components and aftermarket suspension setups.
