If you’ve ever left a fleet event thinking, “Okay… but what did I actually get from that?” WTX is your reset button.

Work Truck Exchange (WTX) is happening September 23–25, 2026, in Scottsdale, Arizona, and it’s built for fleet managers who want real conversations, real solutions, and real connections that outlast the name badge.

This is not a giant trade show where you wander, collect tote bags, and call it networking (although there is always someone with something cool to take home if you still need some more, let's call it proof, you were there). WTX is small on purpose. It’s curated. It’s hosted. And it’s designed so you’re not just attending, you’re participating.

Only 35 fleet managers will be selected for this hosted opportunity. If you’re in, it includes round-trip airfare to Scottsdale, airport transfers, and all scheduled meals and receptions. Oh, plus your full event and one-on-one schedule. You just have to show up. We handle the rest.

Every WTX participant receives a personalized agenda that delivers:

  • Editorially-curated education with industry experts
  • One-on-one consultations with suppliers that match your needs
  • Peer-to-peer networking with fleet and maintenance leaders who get it
  • Supplier presentations that are actually useful
  • Social experiences that make it easy to connect (without the awkward)
  • Takeaways you can bring home and put to work immediately

Plus, it's Work Truck, so you know we are going to have some fun, too. We'll be bringing back our annual Trivia Luncheon (with some fun prizes) and axe throwing is BACK with Legend Fleet. Trust us, you won't want to miss it.

If you want the kind of fleet event people talk about all year, this is it. Spots are limited, and applications are open NOW but close at the end of June so don't wait. If spots fill we will close applications earlier.

Are you an industry supplier, interested in connecting with an unmatched group of industry professionals? We are always looking for new faces and products. Submit your interest to participate here

Apply today. Want to learn more about what to expect? Check out this video below about Work Truck Exchange 2025:
