Work Truck is on the road to San Diego for the Fleet Forward Conference (FFC), October 21-23, 2025, where we’ll be helping fleet pros tackle one of the industry’s hottest topics: EV management at scale.
In the session “How One of the Nation’s Largest Fleets is Rethinking EV Management,” Work Truck’s Lauren Fletcher, VP of Content at Bobit and Co-Ambassador for the event, will moderate a powerful conversation with Adam Orth from Siemens Corp. and Robert Momich from Siemens Smart Infrastructure.
Siemens is in the trenches of electrifying its expansive U.S. fleet, and Orth is bringing the real-world stories. From charger overloads and uneven energy distribution to rising OPEX costs, this session will dive into the challenges of large-scale EV operations.
Orth and Momich will share lessons learned (including where savings were left on the table), what needed to change, and how Siemens used real fleet data to implement smarter, automated strategies that improved uptime and reduced costs.
Fleet managers will get a rare, behind-the-scenes look at how one of the largest commercial fleets is making electrification work not just on paper, but on the road.
Fleet Forward Conference takes place in San Diego from October 21-23, 2025. Register now: https://www.fleetforwardconference.com
