Vehicle Tracking Solutions (VTS), a fleet technology company, announced it will rebrand to IntelliShift, a cloud-based fleet and safety management platform.
The elevation of the IntelliShift brand represents the strategic value of the company’s solution in driving the next phase of growth, following a $70 million investment in the platform from LLR Partners, aimed at fueling additional expansion in North America and a deeper focus on exceptional customer experience. With decades of IoT and telematics expertise, the IntelliShift platform combines both telematics and AI video capabilities within a single solution, furthering its mission to intelligently predict and optimize business performance across departments.
As noted in Gartner’s 2021 Market Guide for Transportation Mobility, the global commercial telematics market continues to grow at approximately 25% per year.
IntelliShift will highlight this shift at its upcoming ConnectedOps 2021 Summit, the company’s virtual user conference taking place October 26, 2021. ConnectedOps brings forward-thinking decision-makers, thought leaders, executives, and IT personnel together to showcase what the future holds in the connected fleet and safety operations market. In the free-to-join sessions, the IntelliShift community of customer experts and product leaders will share innovative ways of connecting people, data, and processes to improve business transparency and outcomes in fleet and safety operations.
