Vincentric Names 'Best Value in America' Vehicles
Toyota leads the way with eight awards, followed by Audi with five. Chevrolet and Honda each earned four. The awards cover the retail market.

Vincentric has given its Best Value in America awards to 43 vehicles and brands for the 2014 model year based on a lifecycle cost analysis.
Toyota leads the way with eight awards, followed by Audi with five. Chevrolet and Honda each earned four. The awards covers the retail markets.
Toyota grabbed the most awards, winning in categories including passenger car brand, compact hybrid with the Prius C, hybrid mid-size sedan with the Camry Hybrid, large sedan with the Avalon, mid-size crossover with the Highlander, hybrid crossover with the Highlander Hybrid, mid-size SUV with the 4Runner, and compact pickup with the Tacoma.
Vincentric named Audi best luxury brand and called out four specific Audi vehicles including the A7 TDI for premium large sedan, the TT for premium sports car, the R8 for prestige, and the Q5 TDI for premium mid-size crossover.
General Motors' Chevrolet nameplate won best value for a truck brand, as well as electric/plug-in hybrid car for the Spark EV and large SUV for the Suburban, and full-size 3/4-ton heavy duty pickup for the Silverado 2500.
Honda's four wins included compact sedan for the Civic, mid-size sedan for the Accord, mid-level compact crossover for the CR-V, and minivan for the Odyssey.
Vincentric gave four total truck awards. Ford's F-150 earned best value in full-size 1/2-ton pickup, while the Ram 3500 won in full-size one-ton heavy duty pickup.
