Terex Utilities has launched a redesigned website created to provide an improved digital experience for customers seeking equipment, parts, and service solutions.

“The new website features a modern design, bold visuals, and intuitive navigation that makes it easier than ever for users to find the Terex Utilities products and services they rely on,” said Joe Caywood, director of commercial operations.

When searching for aerial devices and digger derricks, customers can now explore product offerings with enhanced filtering options based on working height, max capacity, and other key specifications. Customers can also easily find the parts and auger tooling they are looking for by visiting the parts page and browsing for augers and other parts Terex offers. Another improvement is the service locator, which helps customers quickly find their nearest Terex service branch or connect with a field service technician.

“We’ve listened to our customers and built a site that supports their needs,” added Caywood. “From our global search to scheduling training for their crews, the new Terex Utilities website is designed to be a one-stop resource.”

The site also includes access to more than 200 Tech Tips, now available in English and new Spanish translations, offering valuable insights for troubleshooting and equipment maintenance. Additionally, visitors can explore Terex’s training programs for operators and technicians, with clear information on how to schedule sessions tailored to their team’s needs.

“Our customers are busy, and they need information fast,” said Caywood. “This redesign is about helping them get answers quickly, make informed decisions, and keep their crews working safely and efficiently.”

Terex Utilities invites customers, partners, and industry professionals to explore the new website and experience improved functionality firsthand.
