HALIFAX, CANADA – Drivers of large vehicles, like dump- and garbage-trucks, are more likely to tip when they are driving fast and with heavy, unbalanced loads, The Daily News (Halifax, Nova Scotia) recently reported. An owner of a dump trucking company said it is especially important for truckers to watch their speed when entering or exiting a highway off ramp and added that an unbalanced load and speeding are often the main factors when trucks tip over.
