Braun

  • Recall Number: N/A

  • Vehicles: 2023-2024 Ram ProMaster

  • Potential Units Affected: 13

  • Component: Structure

  • Breakdown: The installed window may have the wrong type of glass for an emergency exit.

  • Solution: Dealers will replace the window, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed April 13, 2026.

Chrysler

  • Recall Number: 26D

  • Vehicles: 2024-2026 Jeep Wagoneer S

  • Potential Units Affected: 11,767

  • Component: Structure

  • Breakdown: The liftgate hinge cover may not be properly clipped into position and may detach from the vehicle.

  • Solution: Dealer will inspect, repair, or replace the hinge cover as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 1, 2026.

Ford

  • Recall Number: 26S14

  • Vehicles: 2020-2022 Explorer, Escape, Lincoln Aviator, and Lincoln Corsair

  • Potential Units Affected: 604,533

  • Component: Visibility

  • Breakdown: The windshield wiper motor may fail and prevent the windshield wipers from operating properly.

  • Solution: Dealers will inspect and replace the front wiper motors as necessary, free of charge. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, were mailed April 2, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the final remedy is available, anticipated in May 2026.

  • Recall Number: 26S13

  • Vehicles: 2026-2025 F-250 SD and F-350 SD

  • Potential Units Affected: 11,431

  • Component: Powertrain

  • Breakdown: The driveshaft friction weld may fail, resulting in rear driveshaft separation and a sudden loss of drive power.

  • Solution: Dealers will inspect the driveshaft serial number and replace the driveshaft as necessary, free of charge. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, were mailed March 13, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the final remedy is available, anticipated in late March 2026.

  • Recall Number: 26C11

  • Vehicles: 2020-2022 Escape, Lincoln Corsair, 2020-2024 Lincoln Aviator, and Explorer

  • Potential Units Affected: 889,950

  • Component: Back over prevention

  • Breakdown: The image on the center display may flip or invert, resulting in an incorrectly displayed rearview image when the vehicle is placed in reverse.

  • Solution: The remedy is currently under development. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, are expected to be mailed April 17, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the final remedy is available, anticipated second quarter of 2026.

  • Recall Number: 26S09

  • Vehicles: 2021-2026 Ford Bronco and 2021-2024 Ford Edge

  • Potential Units Affected: 849,310

  • Component: Back over prevention

  • Breakdown: The Accessory Protocol Interface Module (APIM) may overheat and shutdown, which can prevent the rearview camera image from displaying as intended.

  • Solution: The APIM software will be updated by a dealer, or through an over-the-air (OTA) update, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 30, 2026. 

  • Recall Number: 26S17

  • Vehicles: 020-2022 F-Super Duty F250, F350, F450, F550, 2021-2022 F600, and 2022 F750

  • Potential Units Affected: 7,105

  • Component: Fuel system, diesel

  • Breakdown: Biodiesel deposits may form on the pump drivetrain roller components, which could lead to failure of the high-pressure fuel pump.

  • Solution: Dealers will update the powertrain control module (PCM) software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 30, 2026

  • Recall Number: 26C18

  • Vehicles: 020-2026 Explorer and Lincoln Aviator 

  • Potential Units Affected: 561

  • Component: Seat belts

  • Breakdown: The seat belt anchor bolts at the second-row outer seating positions may be improperly secured.

  • Solution: Dealers will inspect the second-row outer seat belt lower anchor bolts and replace or repair them as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 30, 2026.

  • Recall Number: 26S21

  • Vehicles: 2022-2025 Lincoln Navigator, 2024-2025 Lincoln Nautilus, 2025 Lincoln Aviator and Explorer

  • Potential Units Affected: 254,640

  • Component: Back over prevention, electrical system

  • Breakdown: The Image Processing Module A (IPMA) may experience multiple unexpected resets, resulting in loss of the rearview camera image and advanced driver assistance (ADAS) features, including pre-collision assist, lane-keeping assist, and blind-spot monitoring.

  • Solution: The Image Processing Module A software will be updated by a dealer, or through an over-the-air (OTA) update, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 30, 2026.

  • Recall Number: 26S18

  • Vehicles: 2025-2026 Maverick

  • Potential Units Affected: 323

  • Component: Visibility

  • Breakdown: The moonroof glass may not have been bonded correctly to the moonroof frame, which could result in the glass panel detaching from the vehicle.

  • Solution: Dealers will inspect the moonroof glass and replace the glass if necessary, free of charge. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, are expected to be mailed March 30, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the final remedy is available, anticipated in April 2026. 

  • Recall Number: 26C12

  • Vehicles: 2025-2026 Explorer

  • Potential Units Affected: 35,772

  • Component: Exterior lighting

  • Breakdown: The Dynamic Bending Light (DBL) system software may cause the passenger-side headlight to turn in the wrong direction when driving through curves in the road.

  • Solution: The headlight control module software will be updated by a dealer, or through an over-the-air (OTA) update, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 23, 2026.

  • Recall Number: 26S10

  • Vehicles: 2025 Ranger, Lincoln Nautilus, Mustang, Maverick, Explorer, Escape, Lincoln Corsair, Bronco Sport, and Bronco

  • Potential Units Affected: 47,804

  • Component: Engine and engine cooling

  • Breakdown: The exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve may fail, resulting in an unexpected loss of drive power.

  • Solution: The remedy is currently under development. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, were mailed March 20, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the final remedy is available, anticipated in September 2026.

General Motors

  • Recall Number: N252542620

  • Vehicles: 2025-2026 Express Cutaway, and 2025-2026 Savana Cutaway

  • Potential Units Affected: 857

  • Component: Tires

  • Breakdown: These vehicles may be equipped with a tire with sidewall damage.

  • Solution: Dealers will inspect all tire sidewalls and replace tires with sidewall damage, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 27, 2026.

  • Recall Number: N262544420

  • Vehicles: 2025-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 and GMC Sierra 3500

  • Potential Units Affected: 11,807

  • Component: Fuel system, gasoline

  • Breakdown: The rear fuel pump may not transfer adequate fuel to the front tank, causing an engine stall.

  • Solution: The vehicle's engine control module (ECM) will be updated by a dealer or through an over-the-air (OTA) update, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed April 20, 2026.

  • Recall Number: N262549710

  • Vehicles: 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500, 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500, Silverado 3500, GMC Sierra 2500, and Sierra 3500 Crew Cab

  • Potential Units Affected: 2,819

  • Component: Air bags

  • Breakdown: The left or right-side roof rail air bag (RRAB) inflator end cap may detach from the inflator or the inflator sidewall may rupture.

  • Solution: Dealers will replace the left and right-side RRAB modules, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 4, 2026.

  • Recall Number: N252540430

  • Vehicles: 027 Chevrolet Bolt EV, 2025-2026 Cadillac OPTIQ, Chevrolet Colorado, Equinox EV, GMC Canyon, 2026 Buick Enclave, Envision, Cadillac CT5, Escalade, Escalade ESV, Escalade IQ, Escalade IQL, LYRIQ, VISTIQ, Chevrolet Blazer EV, Corvette Convertible, Corvette Coupe, Corvette Convertible E-Ray, Equinox, Silverado 1500, 2500, 3500, Silverado EV, Suburban 1500, Tahoe, Traverse, GMC Acadia, Hummer EV Pickup, Hummer EV SUV, Sierra 1500, 2500, 3500, Sierra EV, Terrain, Yukon, and Yukon XL

  • Breakdown: The radio may not have been set to the correct status to download the electronic owner's manual during production.

  • Solution: Dealers will reset the vehicle radio, which will facilitate automatic download of the electronic owner’s manual, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed April 13, 2026.

  • Recall Number: 26LB04, 26LA04, 26TB07, and 26TA07

  • Vehicles: 2024-2025 Toyota Tundra, Tacoma Hybrid, Tacoma, RAV4 Hybrid, Land Cruiser Hybrid, Lexus GX550, 2024-2026 Tundra Hybrid, 2025 Sequoia Hybrid, Crown Signia, Grand Highlander, Lexus TX500 Hybrid, Lexus NX350 Hybrid, 2025-2026 Grand Highlander Hybrid, and Lexus TX350 

  • Potential Units Affected: 8,230

  • Component: Equipment

  • Breakdown: The load carrying capacity modification label may display inaccurate added weight values.

  • Solution: Dealers will replace the load carrying capacity modification label, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 9, 2026. 

  • Recall Number: 26TB06 and 26TA06

  • Vehicles: 2021-2024 Highlander and Highlander Hybrid 

  • Potential Units Affected: 550,007

  • Component: Seats

  • Breakdown: The second-row seat backs may fail to lock into position during seat back adjustment.

  • Solution: Dealers will replace the return springs in the seat back recliner assemblies, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed April 20, 2026. 

Medium- & Heavy-Duty Recalls

Altec

  • Recall Number: CSN-3295

  • Vehicles: 2025 AC Series Crane and DT Series Digger Derrick 

  • Potential Units Affected: 134

  • Component: Exterior lighting

  • Breakdown: The harness intended to prevent Altec-installed lighting from overloading the chassis lighting circuit was not installed, which may result in a loss of power to the body lighting or trailer lights.

  • Solution: Altec will notify owners to inspect their vehicle for the harness. If the harness is missing, a repair kit will be provided, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 15, 2026.

  • Recall Number: CSN-3294

  • Vehicles: 2023-2026 Service Body, Aerial Device, Pressure Digger, Spray Truck, and Digger Derrick

  • Potential Units Affected: 10,875

  • Component: Equipment

  • Breakdown: The low tire pressure rating printed on the final stage certification label is incorrect.

  • Solution: Altec will inspect and replace the incorrect certification label, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 8, 2026.

Ford

  • Recall Number: 26S12

  • Vehicles: 2026-2027 E-350 and E-450

  • Potential Units Affected: 316

  • Component: Back over prevention

  • Breakdown: The backup alarm connector may become loose and detach, preventing the alarm from sounding when the vehicle is backing up.

  • Solution: Dealers will replace the exterior sound connector on the frame wiring harness, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 17, 2026.

  • Recall Number: 26C17

  • Vehicles: 2025-2026 F-59 and F-53 commercial stripped chassis

  • Potential Units Affected: 2,422

  • Component: Exterior lighting

  • Breakdown: The exterior brake lights may remain illuminated when the driver is not applying the brakes.

  • Solution: Dealers will inspect the brake pedal and repair the brake booster push rod as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 27, 2026.

Hino

  • Recall Number: M0490

  • Vehicles: 2026 NV7G, NV7D, NJ7E, NJ7D, NH7K, NE7D, and NH7G

  • Potential Units Affected: 661

  • Component: Equipment

  • Breakdown: The owner's manual may include incorrect maintenance instructions about how to retighten U-bolts.

  • Solution: Dealers will replace the owner's manual, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 22, 2026.

Mack Trucks

  • Recall Number: SC0492

  • Vehicles: 2022-2027 TerraPro

  • Potential Units Affected: 775

  • Component: Engine and engine cooling

  • Breakdown: The engine control unit (ECU) software may allow the engine to start when the transmission is not in neutral.

  • Solution: Dealers will update the ECU software, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 8, 2026.

Mitsubishi Fuso

  • Recall Number: C10136

  • Vehicles: 2024 Rizon FEC7K (E16), FEC9K (E18), and 2025 FECXK (E18)

  • Potential Units Affected: 244

  • Component: Electrical system

  • Breakdown: While idling, the electrical control unit may transmit an error that prevents the truck from being driven.

  • Solution: Dealers will reprogram battery management system and DC-Box software, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed March 23, 2026. 

Orange EV

  • Recall Number: 2026-SRC-02

  • Vehicles: 2022-2023 T-Series Pure Electric Terminal Trucks, 2023-2025 e-TRIEVER, and 2023-2026 HUSK-e

  • Potential Units Affected: 462

  • Component: Seats

  • Breakdown: The optional foldaway training seat may fail.

  • Solution: Owners are advised to limit the use of the the training seat until repairs have been completed. The remedy is currently under development. Interim owner notification letters are expected to be mailed by April 24, 2026. Another notice will be sent once the remedy becomes available. 

Terex 

  • Recall Number: SN737

  • Vehicles: 2019-2026 General 65, General 80, General 95, C4000, C5000, and C6000 

  • Potential Units Affected: 2,303

  • Component: Equipment

  • Breakdown: An insufficient weld on the plate weldment may crack, causing the retaining pin to separate.

  • Solution: Owners will inspect the plate weldment for any cracks or abnormal welds. Dealers or owners will replace the plate weldment as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 31, 2026

Volvo Trucks

  • Recall Number: RVXX2603

  • Vehicles: 2025-2026 VNL

  • Potential Units Affected: 115

  • Component: Electrical system

  • Breakdown: The instrument panel may fail while driving.

  • Solution: Dealers will replace the instrument panel clusters, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 24, 2026.

  • Recall Number: RVXX2602

  • Vehicles: 2025-2026 VNL

  • Potential Units Affected: 222

  • Component: Service brakes, air

  • Breakdown: The service brake may take longer than expected to release.

  • Solution: Dealers will install an additional brake valve and fittings to the service brake pneumatic plumbing, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 22, 2026.
