Ford Recall

  • Vehicle: 2023 F-150 Lightning pickup truck.

  • Component: High-voltage battery pack.

  • Breakdown: The high-voltage battery pack may experience an electrical short-circuit when the battery is fully charged or near fully charged.

  • Solution: The high-voltage battery pack will be replaced at the dealership for free.

Autocar Recall

  • Vehicle: 2022-2023 ACX (Xpeditor) and 2020-2023 DC (Legend).

  • Component: Powertrain driveline.

  • Breakdown: The powertrain driveline center support bearing hardware may not have been properly secured.

  • Solution: The dealership will inspect and replace if necessary the powertrain driveline support bearing hardware.

Daimler Vans Recall

  • Vehicle: 2019-2022 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Freightliner Sprinter.

  • Component: Instrument panel.

  • Breakdown: The instrument cluster may fail to display any information when the vehicle is started. A blank instrument panel will not show critical information, such as vehicle speed, fuel gauge, warning messages, and warning lights, increasing the risk of a crash.

  • Solution: The affected instrument cluster software will be updated at the dealership.

Lightning eMotors Recall

  • Vehicle: 2020 FE4-86 and FT3-43, 2019-2021 FE4-129, and 2019-2022 FT3-86.

  • Component: Battery packs.

  • Breakdown: The battery packs may have defective structural welds and experience an internal radiator leak. Battery failure can cause a loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash. Battery failure can also increase the risk of a fire.

  • Solution: The solution is currently under development.

Altec Industries Recall

  • Vehicle: 2016-2022 DM, DH, DC, DL, D2000, D3000, and D4000 series digger derricks, and AM55 aerial devices.

  • Component: Rear pole rack.

  • Breakdown: The base of the rear pole rack may be missing a weld. A missing weld on the rear pole rack can lead to a crack that could cause the pole and rack to drop in height, increasing the risk of an injury.

  • Solution: Replace any required welds, if necessary.
