SPOKANE, WA – Baton Labs, Int’l (BLI) has made a number of product improvements to the PriorityStart! system for 2008. All new PriorityStart! units incorporate several changes, including:
· Advanced-technology microprocessor with new features, such as a Zener diode added to stabilize amplifier circuit, an additional noise filter to the switch-detect circuit, gain in the working frequency on the trigger circuit, and low-pass filter added to the trigger circuit.
· MIL-standard discrete components with higher values and temperature extremes to handle new electronic accessories entering the vehicle market.
· Improvement in gear design (gears designed and manufactured by a precision gear manufacturing firm).
· Modification of the integrated chip control of the opening/closing of the heavy-duty contact-disc.
· LED power-on/off indicator.
PriorityStart! automatically disconnects battery drain once battery voltage gets below 11.7 volts due to GPS systems, two-way radios, computers, lights, or any electrical accessories left on. It reconnects automatically.
