Mercedes-Benz Metris Recalled for Wheel Bearings
The recall, issued to address a wheel detachment risk, covers 109 vans in the 2017 model year.

Daimler Vans USA is recalling 109 2017 Mercedes-Benz Metris vans because the front axle wheel bearings may have been incorrectly seated, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
The problem might result in a front wheel detaching, increasing the risk of a crash, NHTSA warned. Dealers will inspect the front axle wheel bearing retaining rings and correct their position as needed. There will be no charge for this service.
