Lytx used its annual Protect Conference to double down on a clear direction for fleet technology. More integration, fewer disconnected systems, and AI that actually helps fleets act on their data.
At the center of the announcement is LytxOne, a newly introduced platform that brings video safety, telematics, maintenance, compliance, and asset tracking into a single system designed to simplify operations.

“LytxOne is a purpose-built platform designed from the ground up,” said Chris Cabrera, chief executive officer at Lytx. “We created a unified architecture where video safety, telematics, maintenance, compliance, and asset tracking work seamlessly together.”
The platform is now available through direct and reseller channels, with additional integrations, such as Lytx’s Driver Safety Program, expected later this year.
All-In-One Platforms Continue To Expand
LytxOne joins Lytx+, launched in 2025, as part of the company’s broader push toward all-in-one fleet management solutions. Both platforms are built around combining video safety and telematics into a single environment, reducing the need for multiple systems and vendors.
The company also announced a collaboration with Platform Science, integrating Lytx’s video technology into the Virtual Vehicle ecosystem to further connect drivers, data, and devices within enterprise fleets.
Supporting both platforms is the Lytx AI Assistant, currently in beta, which is designed to turn safety, maintenance, and compliance data into real-time, actionable insights without requiring users to manually search through reports.

AI-Powered Visibility Extends Beyond The Vehicle
Lytx is also expanding its visibility tools with new hardware, including auxiliary cameras, and aims to give support up to eight high-definition views around a vehicle. These include side, rear, cargo, and blind zone perspectives, all enhanced with AI to detect and respond to safety events.
The 360 Hub Kit is expected to be available in Q3 2026.
Looking ahead, Lytx plans to extend its platform beyond vehicles with support for fixed-site cameras at yards, job sites, and facilities. That capability is targeted for early 2027 and aims to give fleets a unified view of both mobile and stationary assets.
Unified Asset Tracking Adds Operational Insight
Alongside platform and visibility updates, Lytx introduced a portfolio of asset-tracking solutions for a wide range of equipment, including trailers, containers, forklifts, and loaders.
The system includes both battery-powered and vehicle-powered trackers, providing real-time location data and usage insights that feed directly into the platform’s dashboards.

“At Lytx, we’re redefining fleet management by unifying advanced AI and all-in-one architecture to deliver unmatched clarity, control, and operational insight,” Cabrera said. “Our purpose-built solutions empower fleets of every size to simplify complexity, anticipate risk, and connect their people and assets like never before.”
With additional releases planned throughout 2026, Lytx’s latest announcements reflect a continued focus on bringing fleet data, safety, and operations into a single, connected experience.
