The all-new Fleet Technology Expo, an expanded and revamped Green Fleet Conference, is officially open for registration. The 2015 FTX in Long Beach, Calif. will be held on Aug. 24-26. Those who register by July 24 will save $100.
A battery-electric performance entrepreneur will deliver the FTX opening keynote at 8 a.m. on Aug. 25. Ian Wright, a Tesla Motors co-founder and founder of EV engineering start-up Wrightspeed, brings more than 20 years of high-tech engineering and management experience. More information on our closing keynote speaker will be posted on the official FTX site, with additional speaker info coming soon.
FTX is for all fleet types that are looking for ways to improve operational efficiencies. Educational sessions will cover topics ranging from adopting alternative fuels to understanding best practices in telematics, and ways other software, strategies and equipment can help fleets streamline operations. FTX also hosts one of the largest alternative-fuel test drive events. The Ride & Drive Event will take place on Tuesday, Aug. 25 from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Automotive Fleet, Heavy Duty Trucking, Green Fleet and Work Truck have put together this event encompassing not only alternative-fuel technology, but technology as a whole. FTX, formerly known as Green Fleet Conference and Expo, will continue to acknowledge those who are doing their part in making their fleets more sustainable through th upcoming Fleet Technology Awards.
FTX will also provide an expo hall where all the latest vehicles, equipment, products and technology will be on display. The exhibit hall will be open for attendees to roam around two out of the three days of the conference.
