Recognizing the extreme truck driver shortages, DriverSource released this new driver recruiting Web site “solely to give the transportation industry in the United States a dedicated ‘go to’ Web site to assist them in finding commercial truck drivers and owner operators on the Web.”
The site gives commercial drivers the instant ability to create a personal online driver profile with detailed information for thousands of prospective employers to view on the Web. In addition, commercial drivers will be able to conduct pinpointed job searches where they live to view driver jobs posted by employers. In turn, companies are able to conduct searches for drivers down to exact zip codes, view commercial driver profiles, post specific job postings, and advertise utilizing online banner advertising.
