Jaltest Solutions, part of Cojali, is showcased new augmented reality tools focused on diagnostics and connectivity this week during CONEXPO 2026 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The growing lineup of custom OEM platforms and the latest generation of augmented reality tools are built to keep machines working, downtime low, and operations in control.
Dealer-Level Diagnostics
Jaltest Diagnostics said it continues to raise the bar for multi-brand, dealer-level diagnostics in the off-highway sector. From construction to agriculture and beyond, technicians can perform critical actions like calibrations, parameter resets, injector coding, and more, all from one powerful tool, for any make or model.
Jaltest Telematics for Remote Diagnostics
Paired with that, Jaltest Telematics takes equipment support even further by enabling remote access, remote diagnostics, and intervention.
With features like over-the-air DPF regens, live monitoring, and predictive maintenance alerts, fleet managers can now support machines in the field without pulling them from the job. The difference is simple: less downtime, more working.
Jaltest Telematics OHW
Jaltest Telematics OHW brings a new level of control to off-highway fleet management. More than GPS and data tracking, it enables remote actions like DPF regenerations and live fault response without sending a technician to the site.
This is a true leap from monitoring to doing. Built for tough environments and backed by Jaltest Diagnostics DNA, the system helps fleets reduce downtime, cut costs, and stay ahead with predictive maintenance, real-time alerts, and full integration with existing platforms.
Jaltest said it closes the gap between alerts and action, bringing the workshop to the worksite.
Trusted by OEMs to Build What Comes Next
As more equipment manufacturers look to modernize their support tools, Cojali’s OEM Solutions Division has become a trusted partner in building private-label diagnostics and connectivity platforms.
Many OEMs have already chosen Cojali to move from legacy systems, or from no solution at all, to a fully customized diagnostics ecosystem. These platforms are built from the same proven foundation as Jaltest Diagnostics but adapted to meet the specific service, aftersales, and end-of-line needs of each brand.
From designing the circuit boards to manufacturing the complete electronic devices and developing the software, Cojali offers 360-degree solutions for OEMs who look for a strategic and experienced technological partner.
AR Glasses: Hands-Free, Real-World Support
Also on display are our Jaltest AR glasses, which bring hands-free diagnostics and repair assistance right into the technician’s field of view. Originally launched for the trucking sector, these glasses are already making an impact with manufacturers, fleets, and technical training centers.
Now, they’re ready for the off-highway world too.
With real-time access to fault codes, wiring diagrams, live data, and repair guides, technicians can keep their eyes on the equipment and their hands where they need to be. Visitors to the Jaltest booth can see how operators are using this tool to train, inspect, and service machines more efficiently than ever.
