Fleet Response recently hosted corporate fleet, risk, and safety managers from across the country at its annual client appreciation event on Aug. 6-8 at their corporate offices in Cleveland, Ohio, where it also revealed a new smartphone app designed to improve driver operations.
This annual event included an all-day corporate open house for clients to visit with their dedicated claims team members, see demonstrations of online tools and apps, provide valuable feedback and receive partnership milestone awards, according to the company.
The event included the unveiling of DHP Mobile, a smartphone app that allows drivers to complete online training, provide license information and electronically sign-off on MVR releases. Clients also got a sneak-peak at the newly released features of Fleet Response Mobile where users can view electronic auto id cards and complete vehicle inspections.
At the conclusion of the open house, guests heard from Fleet Response CEO, Scott Mawaka who discussed the future of Fleet Response.
Winners of this year’s milestone awards include Platinum Winners: United Rentals, Sherwin-Williams Company; and Gold Winners: ELM, PNM Resources, and Estée Lauder.
