Altec Industries is recalling certain 2016-2021 AT and TA aerial devices because the chassis fuel line clamps may not have been secured properly after they were removed to install an aftermarket accessory. Approximately 26,901 pieces of equipment are included in the recall.

Unsecured fuel lines may become damaged and leak fuel, increasing the risk of a fire.

Altec will provide work instructions and a kit to properly secure the fuel line, and repair any damaged fuel line if necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed on May 6, 2022. Owners may contact Altec's customer service at 1-877-462-5832. Altec's number for this recall is CSN 855.
