Jasper Engines & Transmissions has announced the expanded availability of rear differentials for late-model Ford Transit vans. These remanufactured differentials, previously available for models from 2015 to 2019, now are for up through 2023 models.

Differentials are now available in a 9.75 configuration for:

• 2015-2023 3.73 (Standard)

• 2015-2023 3.73 (Limited Slip)

• 2015-2023 4.10 (Standard)

• 2015-2023 4.10 (Limited Slip)

Jasper said they are also available for 9.75 dual rear wheels, including:

• 2015-2023 3.73 (Standard)

• 2015-2023 3.73 (Limited Slip)

• 2015-2023 4.10 (Standard)

• 2015-2023 4.10 (Limited Slip)

Jasper said this remanufactured differential undergoes an extensive "Do It Right" process that ensures worry-free operation. This includes:

• Disassembly and thorough cleaning of the differential housing.

• Critical inspection of all areas of the housing, along with gear inspection at multiple points throughout the remanufacturing process.

• Installation of new parts, including bearings, gaskets, O-rings, seals, and thrust washers.

• Pinion bearings are preloaded to specifications, with ring and pinion gears replaced only in matched sets.

• Precise measurement of runout, along with inspection for correct backlash clearance and exact adjustments of tooth contact pattern.

• Four quarts of 75W-140 gear oil included.
