ARI-hetra will introduce its 36,000-pound capacity Battery-Powered Wireless Mobile Column Lift System, which it calls a breakthrough in lifting precision, performance, and portability for professional shops, at the 2025 SEMA Show
This will also be ARI-hetra’s first time exhibiting at a SEMA Show, which this year is Nov. 4 to 7 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Unlike traditional hydraulic lifts, ARI-hetra’s mobile columns utilize recirculating stainless-steel ball-screw technology that delivers smooth, synchronized lifting and continuous mechanical locking for enhanced safety. The hydraulic-free design means no fluids, no seals, and no leaks, drastically reducing maintenance needs while ensuring maximum uptime and shop productivity.
“Technicians are tired of messy hydraulics and maintenance downtime,” said Steve Green, vice president of engineering for ARI-hetra. “Our mobile column lifts are reliable, built to last, and engineered for performance, safety, and simplicity to provide shops a simpler, cleaner, and smarter way to lift heavy-duty vehicles.”
9,000-Pound Capacity Per Column
With a 36,000-pound total lifting capacity (9,000 pounds per column), this fully battery-powered and wireless system provides unrestricted flexibility across any bay, ARI-hetra said.
The compact, lightweight column design allows easy maneuverability without the bulk of rising masts, while the long-lasting battery life ensures uninterrupted operation without cords or cables creating trip hazards, the company added.
