The editors of Work Truck have extended the deadline for fleets to participate in a new annual survey, which will offer insight into safety and compliance practices and trends among truck fleets.
In light of industry issues such as skyrocketing insurance costs, nuclear verdicts, and the driver shortage, Work Truck has launched an annual survey to find out more about how today's trucking fleets are working to improve safety.
Readers are asked to complete a short survey about what safety technologies and practices they're using and what they're considering adopting in the future. Those who complete the survey will receive a special report on the results that they can benchmark their fleets against.
The survey results will be used in a special issue of Work Truck focused on truck safety. Each year going forward, WT's editors be able to compare the results and in future years draw trend lines.
The results also will be used in other safety reporting by WT editors and by our sister Bobit Business Media fleet brands, such as Heavy Duty Trucking.

To ensure that this year’s fireworks remain in the sky and not on the roadway, follow these five easy steps to remain safe on the road this year – shared directly from a truck driver.
