Vanguard Truck Centers finalized its brand integration with Nacarato Truck Centers (NTC) earlier this week, effective Aug. 11. The milestone marks the full transition of NTC locations into the Vanguard brand, following the acquisition completed in 2024.
“We chose to acquire Nacarato Truck Centers because of their strong leadership, reputation for customer service, and alignment with our core values,” said Tom Ewing, CEO of Vanguard Truck Centers. “This integration represents the joining of two customer-focused organizations with a shared vision for growth, excellence, and long-term industry impact.”
With this integration, Vanguard expands its national footprint to 39 full-service locations across 11 states, including the addition of newly branded locations in:
Clarksville, Tennessee
Nashville, Tennessee
Franklin, Kentucky
Harrisonburg, Virginia
Roanoke, Virginia
Hagerstown, Maryland
Vanguard said these locations bring expanded service coverage and increased convenience to customers operating in and traveling through these key transportation hubs.
Vanguard Truck Centers is one of the largest Volvo and Mack truck dealership groups in the country, recognized for delivering consistent service, industry expertise, and reliable solutions.
At the newly integrated locations, customers will continue to have access to Volvo trucks, along with the same experienced teams and trusted service they’ve come to expect, the company said. In addition to truck sales, leasing, rental, parts, and service, Vanguard offers financing and insurance solutions, making every location a one-stop destination for all things trucks.
With the completion of the acquisition, Vanguard and Nacarato have more than 1,200 employees across 39 locations, with almost 500 service bays and a fleet of over 1,200 units.
“Our integration with Nacarato enhances our ability to meet customers where they are, offering more locations, more resources, and more solutions under one platform,” added Will Blue, COO and CFO of Vanguard Truck Centers. “This expansion is part of our strategic approach to grow with purpose while maintaining the customer-first culture we’re known for.”
