The move is part of a broader leadership shuffle that includes new appointments in North American finance, financial services, and global performance operations.

A New Leader for North America

Di Si brings more than 25 years of experience across finance, business development, strategy, and operations. He previously led Volkswagen’s businesses in North America and South America and held leadership positions at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.

Most recently, Di Si served as Stellantis’ chief performance officer, working with teams globally on the company’s Value Creation Program.

“Pablo is a proven leader who deeply understands the North America market, our business and the importance of disciplined execution,” Filosa said. “I have great confidence in what he and the North America team will accomplish together.”

According to Stellantis, its North American team has improved manufacturing efficiency and quality, tightened inventory management, restored customer choice, and rebuilt market momentum under Filosa’s oversight.

Di Si said his priorities include execution and a focus on customers across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. He also pointed to collaboration with employees, dealers, suppliers, unions, and business partners as the company works to grow its North American business.

Finance and Performance Roles Also Change

Stellantis announced three additional appointments alongside Di Si’s move:

  • Jon Nelson becomes North America chief financial officer, reporting to Di Si. He takes over the regional responsibility from Joao Laranjo, who had held it alongside his role as Stellantis CFO. Nelson’s background includes senior positions at Stellantis, FCA, and PwC.
  • Gustavo Soloaga becomes chief performance officer, effective immediately, reporting to Laranjo and leading the Value Creation Program globally. Soloaga brings more than 30 years of senior finance leadership experience at Groupe PSA and Stellantis.
  • Alexandre Sorel succeeds Nelson as CEO of Stellantis Financial Services, reporting to Laranjo. He will also retain his responsibilities as head of Financial Services for Europe.

The announcement places new leadership over the region responsible for Ram’s business. Stellantis did not announce changes to vehicle products, fleet programs, or commercial customer services as part of the leadership appointments.
