Truck Accessories Group, LLC (TAG), announces the acquisition of Custom Fibreglass Manufacturing Co. d/b/a SNUGTOP, effective August 19.

SNUGTOP, headquartered in Long Beach, Calif., is a manufacturer of premium quality pickup truck caps and tonneaus. The company employs 200 people and services more than 180 customers worldwide. It will operate as a business unit within TAG, led by Hartmut Schroeder.

Truck Accessories Group, LLC (TAG) is a wholly-owned business unit of J.B. Poindexter & Co., Inc.  It is North America's largest manufacturer of fiberglass and aluminum pick-up truck caps and tonneaus, including LEER, Century, Raider, and Pace Edwards brands.
