The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) voted to have current tariffs on imported passenger vehicle tires and light truck tires from China to remain in place.
The commission voted 4 - 1, leading to USITC’s determination that that “revoking the existing antidumping and countervailing duty orders on imports of passenger vehicle and light truck tires from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.”
